Site visits and discussions will include:• Rangeland fire response on wildfire site vs prescribed fire site• Invasive annual grass treatments (chemical)• Leafy spurge treatments (biological)• Reclaimed prairie dog town• Restoration considerations
• Return to start location for lunch.• Additional discussions and information will be presented on House Draw Fire recovery efforts, sagebrush seeding, and more during lunch.• Open/sharing discussion from participants on their experiences with fire, management, etc. Participants are welcome to bring photos if they'd like to show what they've been doing on their own place!
Final site visits may include the Badger Creek Fire and native seeding sites.
